Pacific Northwest Consultants, LLC (PNWC) is dedicated to providing Federal Government contract consulting, training and litigation support. Our business philosophy is to provide affordable consulting and training services to help Government contractors grow their Government business, increase profits, and comply with Government contracting rules and regulations.

What we can do for you

Consulting

PNWC Consulting covers all aspects of Government contracting such as: Forward Pricing, Incurred Cost, Termination and Equitable Adjustments, Cost Accounting Standards, Billing Rates, and Defective Pricing Allegations.  In addition, we assist contractors in developing adequate internal control systems including timekeeping, accounting, estimating, billing systems and company-wide ethics programs.

Training

PNWC Training conducts specialized training in Government contracting. Our staff has extensive teaching experience at the collegiate level as well as with the Defense Contract Audit Agency. PNWC’s training services can be specialized to meet the training needs for your business or we can provide standardized training packages for either single day or multiple day workshops or conferences. 

Litigation Support

Complex business litigation often requires Government contractors and attorneys to seek outside accounting experts to study and report on the business issues involved.  PNWC can provide objective and comprehensive analysis and insights into business issues that are often associated with government contracting.
