History of PNWC:

Pacific Northwest Consultants, LLC was formed in January 2006 by a group of individuals who decided to combine their various expertise and interests into a full-service Government consulting group. From many years of experience in working with small and medium sized Government contractors, these individuals realized a great need for affordable consulting services to help contractors grow their businesses while complying with all of the intricacies of contracting with the U.S. Government.  To complement the consulting arm of the business, they added the professional training segment, knowing that good and timely training was often the key to compliance with Government rules and regulations.

A 2004 report from the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Office of Advocacy states that there are 24.7 million businesses in the U.S., and that small companies with fewer than 500 employees represent 99.9% of the 24.7 million businesses, since the most recent data show there are just 17,000 large businesses. The SBA report also states that 580,900 small businesses opened last year, and 576,200 closed. Two-thirds of these new companies survive at least two years, while 44% survive at least four years.
