Ethics for Government Contractors

ETHICS: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-22, effective December 24, 2007, contained a final rule to address the requirements for contractor code of business ethics and conduct and the display of Federal Agency Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Fraud Hotline Posters. One requirement of the new regulation is for contractors who maintain a company website as a method of providing information to employees, to include an electronic version of the poster. Here are some electronic versions available now. More will be posted as they become available.

Our business philosophy is to provide affordable services to help Government contractors grow their Government business, increase profits, and comply with Government contracting rules and regulations.
What we can do for you

Consulting

PNWC Consulting covers all aspects of Government contracting such as: Forward Pricing, Incurred Cost, Termination and Equitable Adjustments, Cost Accounting Standards, Billing Rates, and Defective Pricing Allegations.  In addition, we assist contractors in developing adequate internal control systems including timekeeping, accounting, estimating, billing systems and company-wide ethics programs.

Training

PNWC Training conducts specialized training in Government contracting. Our staff has extensive teaching experience at the collegiate level as well as with the Defense Contract Audit Agency. PNWC’s training services can be specialized to meet the training needs for your business or we can provide standardized training packages for either single day or multiple day workshops or conferences. 

GAGAS Audits

PNWC Auditing specializes in independent audits utilizing Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) required by Federal, State and Local governmental entities.  We provide both program and enterprise-wide audits, typically based on the needs of the Governmental agency. Due to "independence" issues, our audit clients are typically not our consulting clients. 

Litigation Support

PNWC Litigation Support provides outside accounting experts for Government contractors and attorneys to study and report on the business issues involved.  PNWC can provide objective and comprehensive analysis and insights into business issues that are often associated with government contracting.
